To enable Microsoft Word macros or to change your security settings you will need to do the following:

Open your Word program and go to "Tools | Macro | Security"

Change your security settings to "Medium" which will give you control over whether to allow a macro to run.

Once on "Medium" setting, then you will be prompted, upon loading the SimpleBates XP macro whether or not to "Enable" the macros.  Select this option.  The SimpleBates toolbar will be added to your Word toolbars at the top of your screen.

If you would like to have the Simplebates XP toolbar permanently appear when you open your Microsoft Word program, email us for the .dot file and directions on installing it.  It will function with your existing activation key and is a very smart solution for frequent users of our Simplebates macro.
