SimpleBates Pro Bates Stamping Software

SimpleBates Pro numbering and Bates-stamping software is the easiest and most comprehensive numbering and labeling software available. What is SimpleBates Pro?
SimpleBates Pro is a simple program that stamps Bates numbers onto PDF documents.
What can SimpleBates Pro do?
  • SimpleBates Pro is flexible. It can add Bates numbers with different fonts, colors, and placement. It can add a text stamp along with the page number, and it can handle multi-line stamps. It can also avoid ever stamping over the existing contents of the document.
  • If you need to stamp the hard-copy originals too, SimpleBates Pro can print labels to make it easy.
  • Create secure PDF documents with two levels of security, applying password access to the file(s) and even locking out print functions.
  • Apply a stamp graphic (such as "PAID")  to every page, in any position.
  • Apply page numbering of documents (Page 1 of 100, Page 2 of 100, etc.)
  • Multiple file renaming schemes for output files.
What can't SimpleBates Pro do?
SimpleBates Pro cannot add Bates numbers to Microsoft Word documents or .tiff images, or any other format besides PDF. It also cannot add Bates numbers to encrypted PDF documents.
Do I need Adobe Acrobat?
No.
Is the free trial handicapped?
No. The free trial is fully functional for 10 days.
